1. Services

Sigil Finance provides professional financial support services, including but not limited to:

• Catch-Up Bookkeeping
• Payroll Support
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Financial Reporting
• Accounting Process Support
• Business Financial Organization

The scope of services will be defined separately in a proposal, engagement letter, service agreement, or written communication.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Supply requested documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain access to required accounting platforms.
• Review reports and deliverables provided by Sigil Finance.
• Notify us promptly of any inaccuracies or changes affecting our services.

Sigil Finance is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information supplied by the client.

3. Professional Relationship

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Sigil Finance provides bookkeeping and financial support services.
• Our services do not constitute legal advice.
• Our services do not constitute investment advice.
• Our services do not constitute licensed tax representation unless expressly agreed.

Clients remain responsible for business decisions based on financial information provided.

4. Engagement

Services begin only after:

• Scope of work has been agreed,
• Pricing has been accepted, and
• Required onboarding information has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue engagements at our discretion, subject to applicable contractual obligations.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees will be communicated before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payments are due according to the agreed invoice terms.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Outstanding balances remain payable for services already performed.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges remain the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential.

Business records, accounting data, payroll information, banking information, and financial documents are used solely for providing requested services unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Illustrations
• Website design
• Text
• Documents
• Templates

8. Website Use

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship in accordance with any applicable engagement agreement.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before the termination date, including payment for services already rendered.

14. Force Majeure

Sigil Finance shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Where no separate agreement specifies jurisdiction, disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
